Friday I found out that a co-worker of mine had passed away. As soon as I walked in the phone rang. When I answered it I wasn't expecting to hear that. I didn't know him extremely well, but he was one of the Bio Med techs that I dispatched. I feel horrible for the people who knew him well and loved him a great deal. His viewing is today and I'm torn; I don't know if I should go or not. I want to go because I want to be there to show my support for the Bio Med techs that I'm close to who knew him well, but then I don't want to be in the way of their grieving. I will have to work this out with myself.

On the brighter side of things, Cheyanne has now gotten her two top front teeth out. She is pulling herself up on everything but not having very much luck staying that way. She is starting to reject the baby food and only wants to eat what we're eating, she's already munching on the cheerios and picks them up by herself. She loves feeding herself and tries to feed everyone else too.

Damian loves to play out in the yard and so far has only been allowed to play in the back yard because the front wasn't fenced in. This weekend Pat got the fencing up in the front to complete the surrounding of the house and he added a gate. Now Damian and the dogs can go in the front and back yard. They're loving it! Even outside Damian has to get his cars lined up just perfect and heaven forbid they get messed up, when that happens the world has ended...hahaha. I will see if I can get a good shot of the boots he wears outside. He loves them because he doesn't have to get his other shoes dirty, but he's still very concerned when these get dirty and scratched.

I hope everyone has a great day today and that it's very blessed.

It can be very unsettling when a co-worker dies, whether you don't know them well or at all. When I worked at Carrizo, our plant manager in CA died of a heart attack. I had never met him but we talked on the phone alot. It came as quite a shock. Then when more paperwork came thru that he had signed off on it was kind of strange since I knew this was new paperwork to me, but he was gone.

That's great. I wish we had a fenced front yard!
