Pat got sent to a specialist yesterday. They had to perform some tests to see if any of his nerves have been damaged. He found out that he has nerve damage to the sensory nerve because the nerve is pinched. The doctor has given him two prescriptions to take, one of them is a steroid. He is hoping that this is going to take the swelling down in the disc in his neck, and that the nerve will slip out and no longer be pinched. I believe they said that they won't know if there is permanent damage to the nerve until it's unpinched. If the prescription doesn't do the trick he will get a shot in his neck to see if that will work, if not then they believe he should look at having surgery. Neither one of us wants this to happen. You never know what can go wrong when they're working that close to the spine and we don't want to risk something worse happening. Please pray that the prescriptions work.
Damian has lost another tooth and is very excited about that. Cheyanne is pulling herself up on everything and she's trying to walk as long as she's still holding on. I got some pictures of her pulling herself up on stuff and I will try to post them as soon as possible.
