PLEASE DON'T BE ALARMED!
I was conducting my monthly self breast exam, and I found a lump. Now they tell you that if you find the same type of thing on the other breast that it's normal. They also say that if you're on your period that it may have something to do with it. Well, it's not on the other breast and I wasn't on my period. I actually found it last month but I decided that I would wait and see if it was there still in a couple of weeks, just in case it was swelling due to something else. I checked again, and then again, and again. It is still there. So I looked up Nationalbreastcancer.org to put my mind at rest. I figured if I looked up all the information that it would make me feel a lot better because surely what they have to say won't sound anything like what I'm experiencing. Boy was I wrong! I was reading different sections and found that I meet several of the at risk factors. And I have one of the things listed under "early signs". But I want to stay positive about it and pray that it is just a fluke. I will be seeing the doctor most likely in July, and they are going to check me out and possibly send me for a mammogram. I will post more when I know more.

You are definitely in my prayers!
I will keep you in my prayers, too. July seems like a little bit away, but try not to worry too much, it'll just stress you out. Also, don't do anymore research online, I did that when Juliana's kidneys were dilated in utero and it wasn't worth the anxiety.
Thank you guys. I am most likely going to have my appt. this coming Tuesday. I will let everyone know how it goes.
