GOOD MEETING!

Yesterday I had the meeting with my boss. All in all it actually went very well. My boss actually agrees with me on the whole pay issue and he is going to talk with the compensation department to see what can be done about it. He said he was going to talk with them about what he can do with my pay now and see if he can get more added to our budget to up the pay scale for my girls when the budget is being done. I also bring up needing another employee as often as I can; this morning I had another opportunity to do so. When I got in this morning and did the stats it showed we had been offered 272 calls; now before we only got around 170-180 a day. Our calls are pretty involved and take 2-5 minutes on average for each call. I went in and showed him the information and emailed him the updated spreadsheets (yes, I do make several with basically the same information but broken down in different ways) so he can see the increases. And he told me that he would try to get me at least a part time person to start with and then it would be easier to bump it to a full time person. Woo Hoo!
